This method helps one to recognize the first mode due to ENSO as being highly non-Gaussian, whereas the remaining progressively less important modes tend to be Gaussian.

NEW DELHI: There finally seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel for the people of Delhi and other parts of north west India, who have been subjected to muggy weather for the last several days even as the monsoons lashed other parts of the country.

The rainfall in the month of July this year is above normal in Goa, according to the Meteorological Department.
