Tata Power has recently had discussions with Bhutan Government officials for development of larger projects. GUWAHATI: The flood situation continues to remain grim in the lower Assam’s Tihu revenue circle, Paschim Nalbari, Sarthebari and few other places as the Mora Pagaldia river’s water level showing no signs of receding.
