NEW DELHI: Sikkim's Annual Plan for Sikkim for 2010-11 has been finalised at Rs. 1,175 crore at a meeting here between Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia and State Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling. The outlay includes a special assistance component of Rs. 225 crore for priority projects.
