The appellant (Tejas S Rao) filed an application before the National Green Tribunal (NGT) challenging the order, June 17, 2021 passed by the Magadi Planning authority on the application of the appellant for the establishment of fuel station to an extent of 1 acre at Survey No.4/23, Varthur village, Thaverekere hobli, Bangalore south taluk, Karnataka.

M/s Nanjil Sea Foods (fish processing unit and cold storage with ice plant) at S.F. No. 478/4C, Painkulam village, Vilavancode taluk, Kanyakumari district has been issued with closure order and power supply was disconnected and the unit has been under closure since November 2, 2020.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Devender Kumar Sharma Vs State of Haryana dated 11/01/2022. Grievance in the application is against illegal constructions on 12 acres of vacant land in Ashok Vihar, Phase-III, Gurugram. It is further stated that garbage is burnt in the said area causing air pollution. No remedial action is taken inspite of complaints to the Commissioner, Nagar Nigam.
