Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ramaa Shyama Papers Ltd. Vs. Smt. Sunaina Singh & Ors. dated 11/08/2015 regarding pollution caused by Ramaa Shyama Papers Ltd., Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

The Tribunal also noted in the order that "the question of paying environmental compensation for the past pollution, if any, caused by the industry does arise in this Application." The industry would get their remediation plan for reclamation of soil below the low lying area prepared by the IIT falling within the concerned jurisdiction.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of Susanta Kumar Roy Vs Environmental Engineer & Others dated 05/08/2015 regarding illegal operation of brick kilns without obtaining the consent to establish and consent operate from PCB in Goraipur Mouza, Choyghari Gram Panchayet, Village Goraipur within the jurisdiction of Daulatabad PS, District Murshidabad, as a result of which the mango orchards belonging to the applicant has been damaged.
