An affidavit was filed in the SC on behalf of state of Punjab and with respect to it the court asked for clarification and submission of a report.

Supplementary report to 2nd quarterly report on behalf of the National Mission for Clean Ganga with respect to revised quarterly progress report submitted by state of Bihar in the matter of Original Application No. 200 of 2014 in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others.

The Supreme Court on July 29, 2020 expressed shock at IIT Bombay''s backing out of the smog tower project at Anand Vihar in East Delhi and said this was "not expected of such institutions". The apex court said it was "not at all happy with the state of affairs" of the project for installing the smog tower -- structure designed as large-scale air purifier to reduce pollution -- and non-compliance with its order would be "taken seriously”.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 21/07/2020 regarding compliance of order dated January 13, 2020 for the installation of smog towers. The smog towers, were supposed to be installed within three months and for which an agreement was to be entered into. Places were also chosen and stated on affidavit by the Central Government and the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. Even after three months, neither the agreement has been entered into nor the requisite drawings obtained.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 08/07/2020 regarding registratio of BS IV vehicles.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 15/06/2020 regarding steps to control vehicular pollution. A bunch of cases on similar matters were clubbed together and heard by Justices Arun Mishra and S. Abdul Nazeer. The cases ranged from registration of diesel vehicles/machines/equipments of North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC), East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) for public purpose to registration of BS-IV vehicles.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 30/01/2020 regarding permission to fell trees to build three railway over bridge projects in Uttar Pradesh.
