Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 28/08/2018 regarding Taj Trapezium Zone. Supreme Court held discussion with Meenakshi Dhote, who is the Professor of Environmental Planning, DSPA and Project Coordinator of Vision Document asked her to approach the Court for any assistance. With respect to declaring Agra as a heritage city, ASG has informed the Court that a communication in this regard has been sent to the Government of Uttar Pradesh to send a proposal for declaring Agra as a heritage city.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 24/08/2018 regarding unauthorized constructions in Burari, Delhi. The report submitted by the Monitoring Committee has noted that even though the land is agricultural land but several multi-storeyed buildings have come up in the area. There is hardly any vacant land in that area and there is no agricultural land in the area. The Monitoring Committee has already noted that even water bodies have been encroached upon and a large number of trees have been cut down.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 13/08/2018 regarding hydrogen fuel-cell buses. The affidavit filed by the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. states that a study is being carried out by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. for using a mixture of hydrogen and CNG as fuel for buses which will take about six months. It is also stated in the affidavit that an amount of Rs.14 crores would be required for implementing the project towards capital expenditure.
