The Central government informed the  Supreme Court that BS-VI fuel will be made available by April 1, 2019, in 17 out of 23 districts in the National Capital Region.

The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on behalf of Union of India has stated on affidavit that BS VI will be available in the National Capital Territory of Delhi in all retail outlets with effect from 01.04.2018.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 26/03/2018 regarding pollution from passenger buses plying from Bikaner House, New Delhi. To avoid pollution in the India Gate area, counsel appearing for the State of Rajasthan says that he would like to take necessary instructions so that plying of buses originating from or terminating at Bikaner House, near India Gate, New Delhi is stopped with effect from 01.05.2018.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 22/03/2018 regarding felling of trees in the area of Taj Trapezium Zone. Supreme Court has been informed by the State of Uttar Pradesh that a vision document is likely to be prepared in consultation with the School of Planning and Architecture. A Project Committee has also been constituted for this purpose. It is stated by learned counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh that the first draft of the vision document will take about four months.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 08/03/2018 regarding ban on sales and use of furnace oil and pet coke in NCR. Assistant Solicitor General (ASG) says that he will file an affidavit on behalf of the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change. ASG has also shown a copy of the affidavit that is proposed to be filed which shows that certain issues are pending with the ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas for almost a month.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 05/03/2018 regarding pollution from passenger buses from Bikaner House, near India Gate, New Delhi. Court directs state of Rajasthan to file a counter affidavit within three weeks and all buses originating from or terminating at Bikaner House, near India Gate, New Delhi are restrained from operating with effect from 1 st April, 2018.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 09/02/2018 regarding sealing drive in Delhi against illegal constructions. It has been brought to the notice of the Supreme Court that the Delhi Development Authority is proposing to amend the Master Plan of Delhi and steps have already been initiated in this regard.
