LUCKNOW: With a grim power situation staring at the face of Uttar Pradesh, UP Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has made additional arrangement of 1,400 MW during Diwali season.

NAVI MUMBAI: In a bid to mitigate the power crisis faced by the industries, the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) is setting up a natural gas infrastructure at the industrial estates, including Thane, Dombivli, Navi Mumbai, Taloja, Poisar, Palghar, etc.

A national-level energy conference is being organized at the ITA Cultural Complex, Machkhowa here on November 11 and 12. The focus of this conference will be to address the key issues pertaining to development and growth of the energy sector in the region, stated a press release.
