BHUBANESWAR: The State Government today decided to upgrade 10,000 km of rural roads in the next three years.

A decision to this effect was taken at a highlevel meeting presided over by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at the Secretariat here. Roads connecting block headquarters to villages, leading to tourist places, markets and mandis (market yards) will be covered under the programme.
