The NGT, December 24, 2024 directed Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB), Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) among others to file their reply before Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal on the matter of a gas leak from a drain in Jaipur resulting in the hospitalization of 10 students of coaching institute in city’s Mahesh Nagar area. Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Regional Officer, Rajasthan and District Magistrate, Jaipur was also directed to file their reply.
