Judgement of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh dated 08/11/2017 in the matter of State of Telangana Vs Md. Hayath Uddin & Others regarding Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme.
