A bill to provide for the management, control and regulation of the conservation, protection and development of groundwater in the State and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Groundwater Conservation, Protection and Development (Management, Control and Regulation) Act, 2010. It extends to the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
