The National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) has released the key indicators of household consumer expenditure in India,  generated from the data collected in its 66th round survey during July 2009 - June 2010.

The National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) during the period July 2009 - June 2010 carried out an all-India household survey on the subject of employment and unemployment in India as a part of 66th round of its survey programme.

This report presents the results of the survey on housing condition based on data collected in the NSS 65th round covering the aspects of basic housing amenities available to the households.
