Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Bihar Cement Plant Vs. Bihar State Pollution Control Board & Ors. dated 15/03/2017 regarding pollution caused by Bihar Cement Plant. A Joint Inspection Report filed by the Committee recommended that the unit could be permitted to operate, as required anti-pollution devices have been installed and measures have been taken.
