M/s Visa Steel ltd (VISA) proposes to set up a Greenfield 2.5 Million Tons Per Annum (MTPA) integrated steel plant and 559 MW captive power plant near Kotarlia, Kotmar and Patrapali villages, District Raigarh in Chhattisgarh State.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has asked the chairman of the Haryana Pollution Control Board to remain present, with his team of technical experts, on January 9.
