Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Navyuvak Vikas Samaj Samiti, Jaipur v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 16/04/2014 regarding the contamination of water supply in Jaipur city. Additional Chief Engineer, PHED, Region Jaipur II has submitted before the Tribunal that the entire task of replacing the old pipeline at 5 places has been carried out and work completed in the walled city and outer areas.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Madhusudan Sharma v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 03/03/2014 regarding replacement of pipes supplying water in the city of Jaipur where drinking water pipelines and sewage pipelines are laid in close proximity and allegedly due to corrosion these pipes leak resulting in contamination of drinking water with sewage.
