Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Deepak Datta Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 21/05/2019 regarding illegal running of banquet halls in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. Report submitted by a Joint Committee comprising of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), the District Magistrate, Punjabi Bagh and the North Delhi Municipal Corporation states that only eight banquet halls were inspected, though there are many others in the area. They could not produce building plans/maps. None of them have authorized parking arrangement.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Other dated 29/03/2019 regarding parking policy in Delhi. The Apex Court directs that a copy of the report (Parking Management Plan for Residential Areas in Delhi) be supplied to A.N.S. Nadkarni, Additional Solicitor General of India, counsel for the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Delhi Police, Municipal Corporations of Delhi (All Zones) including Delhi Cantonment Board. Let them submit concrete plan as to parking places.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of In Re: T. N. Godavarman Thirumulpad Vs Union of India & Others dated 01/10/2018. This application has been filed by the DDA seeking permission to utilize the underground parking space provided at the Squash and Badminton Stadium for parking of vehicles by the members and users of Siri Fort Sports Complex and Squash and Badminton stadium and permission to open a canteen and pro-shop inside the complex to meet the demand of the players and trainees of Squash and Badminton Stadium.
