Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rohit Chowdhury Vs Union of India & Others dated 11/02/2020 regarding identification of sites for setting up of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Facility and the issue pertaining to protection of elephant corridor by Northern alignment of the railway track outside Deepor Beel Wildlife Sanctuary.

The NGT directed the state of Assam to expeditiously complete the task of removing hydrophytes from the Deeport Beel and for issuing notification declaring Eco-Sensitive Zone of Deepor Beel Wildlife Sanctuary within one month.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of S.K. Goyal Vs Chairperson, CPCB & Others dated 17/01/2020 regarding pollution by locomotive engines of the railways.
