Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tribunal on its own motion Vs State of Himachal Pradesh & Others dated 10/10/2019 regarding pollution of river Ashwani Khud in Himachal Pradesh. The river was found to be full of plastic. There was accumulation of solid waste in the drains joining the river. The Tribunal in its previous order had called for regular removal and cleaning and installation of trap nets on major rivulets and drains connected to Ashwani Khud.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of In Re: The Indian Express and the Tribune Dated 2nd May 2018 Regarding Kasauli Incident dated 09/05/2018 regarding unauthorized constructions in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh.

Supreme Court directs the State of Himachal Pradesh to file a status report within a period of two months giving information on the following issues :

a) The names and designation of the officers who were posted at the time when unauthorized construction was being carried out
