Application filed by the Delhi Cantonment Board is allowed by the Tribunal subject to the condition that the diesel trucks of Delhi Cantonment Board which are 10 years old will not be used any more and they will be auctioned for the purpose of dismantling and/or being plied in the area outside of Delhi which have been identified as the area where the ambient air quality is within the prescribed standards.

This technical report presents the evidence that was used to develop and assess the UK Air Quality Plan for tackling nitrogen dioxide. It is important to note that whilst this national assessment describes one route to compliance with NO2 limit values it is unlikely to exactly reflect the eventual, locally developed plans.
