Following the Municipal Corporation of Delhi's recent findings of 18 per cent contamination in the Delhi Jal Board's water samples, the Health Committee of the civic body that had commissioned the earlier survey has written to all councillors to furnish details of water contamination complaints from the people.

MUMBAI: Following complaints of a spurt in cases of jaundice and flu from a residential pocket along S V Road in Borivli, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation ( BMC) has collected water samples to check for possible contamination.

Residents of the housing societies in the pocket, located opposite the police lock-up, have complained of illnesses due to dirty water supply.
