Sanghi Cement at Suvali village, Hazira, Gujarat for which prior Environment Clearance (EC) was accorded by State Level Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) Gujarat on August 23, 2019 under the provisions of the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) Notification, 2006.

Gujarat Chief Minister on June 22, 2021, announced the ‘Gujarat Electric Vehicle Policy 2021’. Grievance in the application, originally filed before the Pune Bench on April 7, 2016 was against the Vishwamitri Riverfront Development Project (VRDP) at Vadodra, Gujarat, in violation of environmental norms.
