Jabalpur: The Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued notices to the state government and Chhatarpur Collector for not removing illegal encroachment near Chandra Sagar lake and illegal allotment of 'pattas' near pond area of Chhatarpur.

NEW DELHI: Having recommended that constructions encroaching on the Aravali range in Faridabad be demolished, the Central Empowered Committee (CEC) appointed by the Supreme Court has turned its gaze upon Gurgaon. Committee sources told TOI that approximately 2,000 farmhouses in Gurgaon are under the scanner. The final report will be submitted by March 15.
