RSPM (PM 10)

There are several methods to communicate the use of different environmental quality parameters. This research communication discusses the use of Air Quality Index (AQI) describing air pollution in Choudwar area. AQI is computed for ten air quality sampling stations in the Choudwar area within the radius 10 kms from the core zone.

Pollution around Wankhede Stadium now under control: MPCB

Mumbai Six months after the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) found that the ongoing renovation of the Wankhede Stadium taking pollutants in the air and groundwater higher than the permissible limits in the locality, a second inspection shows that most of the polluting parameters are effectively under control.
