In exercise of the powers conferred by section 197 of the Jammu
and Kashmir Water Resources (Regulation and Management) Act, 2010, the Government hereby make the following rules. These rules may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Water Resources (Regulation and Management), Rules , 2011. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Government Gazette.

The draft Food Safety and Standards Rules 2011 has been notified in the Gazette of India on 19/01/2011. These rules may be called the Food Safety and Standards Rules, 2010. The draft Food Safety and Standard Rules, 2011 which the central Government proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 91 of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006).

The MoEF final order dated January 17, 2011 states that EIA notification 1994, 2004 & 2006 is applicable to LCL and Lavasa has damaged the environment.
