This application has been filed by the DDA seeking permission to utilize the underground parking space provided at the Squash and Badminton Stadium for parking of vehicles by the members and users of Siri Fort Sports Complex and Squash and Badminton stadium and permission to open a canteen and pro-shop inside the complex to meet the demand of the players and trainees of Squash and Badminton Stadium.

Paint furnace gives toxic smoke and when paint furnace runs, the smoke spreads all around. Thus, the project is in violation of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, for which the Haryana State Pollution Control Board is required to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sagardeep Sirsaikar & Others Vs. Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority & Others dated 01/10/2018 regarding construction of an illegal structure for commercial purpose for running bar and restaurant, in violation of CRZ Notification, 2011. The construction was within the prohibited distance from the High Tide Line (HTL) from the sea and also within the prohibited distance from the river and no prior approval was taken from the authority.

Counsel for Kolkata Municipal Corporation that the hot mix plants in operation are being operated outside thhe Kolkata city limits.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vinay Shivanand Nayak Vs. State of Karnataka & Others dated 26/09/2018. The principal question requiring determination in this case is as to whether the State of Karnataka should be permitted to continue with the use of BS-II and III compliant public transport vehicles and also the incidental question as to whether permission should be grant for purchase of 1000 number of BS-IV compliant public transport vehicles as prayed for on behalf of the State Transport Corporation.

Order of the National Green in the matter of Shibu Manuel, Secretary, Green Action Force Vs. The Govt. of India & Ors. dated 26/09/2018. The case relates to pollution being caused to the River Periyar in Kerala by discharge of effluents by more than 400 industrial units. As per the information received from the State Pollution Control Board, although the four most polluting industries have been identified, other industries also contribute to the pollution.
