Affidavit of District Magistrate Meerut in compliance of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) order, March 5, 2025.

The NGT, September 4, 2024 had directed a joint committee to submit a report giving details of ponds in Meerut district including all specifications relating to ownership and status of encroachments among other details.

The Supreme Court (SC), May 1, 2025 made it clear that all applications would have to be made to the court seeking permission to fell trees irrespective of the number of trees to be felled as far as areas located within an aerial distance of 5 kilometers from the Taj Mahal are concerned.

Report on behalf of Bengaluru Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) in compliance of the National Green Tribunal order dated April 24, 2025. An application was filed before the NGT by Yelahanka-Puttenahalli Lake and Bird Conservation Trust, praying for stopping the construction of a pipeline on a walking path of the lake, a land that is classified as tank area. The applicant said that the construction would adversely affect the lake area and also pointed to the absence of a detailed project report (DPR) or a technical plan.

NGT, had registered suo motu in response to the news item in the Hindu, May 4, 2024 titled "Swell waves likely to strike coastal areas over weekend."

The Coastal Zone Management Plan (CZMP), 2019 of Odisha has been approved by MoEFC&CC on June 1, 2021. Public hearings were conducted in all the 7 coastal districts of Odisha during CZMP preparation.

Short affidavit on behalf of the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) in terms of the National Green Tribunal order dated January 22, 2025.

The application was registered suo motu by the NGT on the basis of a news item titled "Toxic kilns pollution Aravallis; wildlife and locals suffer" appearing in the Tribune dated 28.12.2024. The news report highlighted the operation of illegal and polluting kilns/crucibles along the Haryana-Rajasthan border near the Aravalli range.
