Therefore, the counsel has asked for time to file the same. A letter to this effect has also been circulated. The court, agreeing to it, listed the matter for August 29, 2025.

The miscellaneous application was registered on the basis of the report of the joint committee dated July 20, 2024 filed by the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) in compliance of the NGT order, April 22, 2024. In the original application the applicant had raised the grievance against illegally operating brick kilns in district Saharanpur.
