PARADIP: A major portion of the Jatadhari river mouth has been covered by black oil reportedly leaking from the sunken Mongolian vessel Black Rose. Besides, fishermen have also witnessed oil slick on sea surface from Sandhkuda to Jatadhari river mouth and in Badtanda area of Erasama block.
