AHMEDABAD: It was rotla poisoning that killed three children in Chainpura, Ranip on Wednesday. Investigations have revealed that bajra rotlas served to the affected children were made of flour that contained crushed pesticide tablets.

Gurgaon: Nearly 12 kids were taken to various hospitals of the city after they consumed seeds of Jetropa plant here today. Children of Basai Enclave colony were playing in the garden of their colony and swallowed the seeds by mistake. They are between seven and 10 years of age. The kids started vomiting and were taken to different hospitals.

AS many as 200 students, including 90 girls, of standard I to VIII of the Asthagiriyur Panchayat Union Middle School in Morappur block were admitted to the Dharmapuri Government Medical College Hospital in the area, after they complained of vomiting on Thursday.
Out of the total strength of 389 students, 364 were present in the school on Thursday and 200 students were supplied with boiled egg along with noon meal.
