Meta-analysis of yield-related and N-responsive genes reveals chromosomal hotspots, key processes and candidate genes for nitrogen-use efficiency in rice

Nitrogen-use efficiency (NUE) is a function of N-response and yield that is controlled by many genes and phenotypic parameters that are poorly characterized. This study compiled all known yield-related genes in rice and mined them from the N-responsive microarray data to find 1,064 NUE-related genes.

HSPCB report on illegal operation of a rice mill in Fatehabad Road, Ratia, District Fatehabad, Haryana, 14/07/2020

Report on behalf of Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) in compliance of National Green Tribunal order of November 1, 2019. The matter related to illegal operation of M/s Kaimi Rice Mills (also called M/s Tirthankar Rice Mills), Fatehabad Road, Ratia, District Fatehabad. During inspection, it was found that the unit was engaged in manufacturing of kachcha rice, covered under the green category.
