NEW DELHI: The Delhi Government on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding with The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) to retrofit 100 existing buildings above 10,000 sq. ft. to make them energy efficient as part of an effort to make the Capital green and eco-friendly.
