Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rear Admiral A P Revi Vs Delhi Jal Board & Others dated 09/02/2018 regarding supply of treated sewage water for gardening purposes in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. NGT in the Order dated 26/10/2017 had directed DDA/MCD/DJB to ensure the supply of treated sewage water for gardening.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Dr. Shailendra Kumar Modi Vs. Bhopal Sahkari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit & Others dated 03/01/2018 regarding use of treated water supplied by the Bhopal Sahkari Dugdh Sangh, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Counsel for the IRSDC has submitted that the work of laying of pipeline has already been completed and the treated water supplied by the Bhopal Sahkari Dugdh Sangh is being utilised by the Railways at Habibganj Railway Station.

Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of S.P. Muthuraman Vs Union of India & Others dated 02/11/2017 regarding compliance by SSM Builders and Promoters on issues of source of water, use of energy efficient devices, ecologically and environmentally sensitive areas, natural topography, drainage system, rain water harvesting system, parking areas and compliance to other municipal and environmental laws.

Delhi Jal Board & Others dated 26/10/2017 regarding use of fresh water for gardening purpose in Vasant Kunj area of Delhi. NGT passes direction that DDA/MCD shall ensure that DJB shall supply treated sewage water for gardening at the fixed rate which will be the primary responsibility of the public authority. The residents, DDA/MCD and DJB are prohibited to use fresh water for gardening purpose.
