SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Transport and Urban Affairs Department has been set a deadline of 15 July, 2011 to flag off the JNNURM busses in Shillong. The JNNURM busses, according to State Transport Minister AT Mondal, will cover the greater Shillong area. The buses are under a separate cell of Meghalaya Transport Corporation (MTC).
