Diesel, natural gas, and electric heavy-duty vehicles can be designed and manufactured with the capability of complying with the ultra-low NOx limits envisioned in the next set of California and federal HDV regulations. But that is not to say that the outcomes for each are equivalent.

A bunch of cases on similar matters were clubbed together and heard by Justices Arun Mishra and S. Abdul Nazeer. Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) have informed that there are 33 (Thirty Three) established cases of adulteration of petrol and diesel in the country during last three years and current year (April- December, 2019). OMCs take acion as per Marketing Discipline Guidelines (MDG) and Dealership agreement against retail outlet dealers where cases of adulteration are established as per the provisions of Marketing Discipline Guidelines and Dealership Agreement subsisting between RO dealer and OMC.
