The Swedish Prime Minister, representing the EU presidency, visits Delhi on 5th and 6th of Nov. 2009. The visit comes just three days after he visited Washington, and two days after he wrote an op-ed that says:
India and Sweden are expected to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on environment as Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt visits India on Thursday for the 10th India-EU summit.
