Global food prices will continue to decline over the next decade as a result of a combination of strong crop yields, higher productivity and slower growth in global demand says this new report released by OECD-FAO.

The Technology Demonstration Component of NICRA, implemented by 121 Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), addresses climate vulnerabilities in identified 50 drought-prone target districts spread across 17 States.

A new guide by FAO aims to help ensure anti-child labour measures are included in agricultural and rural development programmes, in particular those targeting family farmers. Programs intended to boost local food production and support family farmers often do include components to address the issue of child labour in agriculture.
